At Lustreak, your satisfaction matters. If there’s an issue with your order, we’re here to help.
Order Not Received:
- USA: Eligible after 45 days from the shipping date
- International: Eligible after 60 days from the shipping date
If tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received it, a non-delivery certificate from your local post office is required.
Damaged Items:
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo or video showing the defect. Once approved, we’ll send a replacement or issue a refund.
Incorrect or Missing Items:
If you received an incorrect or missing item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and provide a photo or video including the original packaging. Once validated, we’ll send you a replacement or issue a refund.
Non-Refundable Situations
- Tracking shows the order was delivered (unless certified as undelivered by your post office).
- Return request made after the eligibility windows listed above
- Buyer error (e.g. wrong item ordered, incorrect address)
- If the order is older than 90 days from the date of payment.
